Liquid Force’s BROstock in Bull Shoals Part Deux!! Yes it’s true, it’s time to head back to Bull Shoals for the World Famous BROstock in 2011 and SPY is once again a sponsor. Mark your calendars right now, do it, June 24-26.
SPY’s Shane Bonifay, Parks Bonifay, Tom Fooshee, Chad Sharpe, Danny Harf, Grant Roberts, Travis Doran and Jimmy La Riche will be competing in the world’s best wakeboarding contest. The contest will consist of three rounds of riding, with each athlete getting two double-ups, and the best score will be taken into consideration. No trick can be scored more than once, so there will be some creativity. The final will consist of the top five riders of the day!

The 2nd stop of the 2011 Liquid Force Free For All at McCormick’s cable park drew a massive turnout. Pro riders, including SPY’s Shane Bonifay, Tom Fooshee, Kyle Hyams and Travis Doran were there and ready shred. Hundreds of Free For All participants got to shred for free alongside the pros and test some of the latest gear from Liquid Force. The day wouldn’t have been complete without free food from Chipotle and swag from SPY, Monster Energy, Sanuk, New Era and TransWorld Wakeboarding. Of course the infamous Slip N Beans was there ready for anyone brave enough to take a slide down into baked bean heaven.

SPY wakeboard athletes Shane Bonifay and Tom Fooshee and wakeskater Grant Roberts dominated TSR Cablestock 2011 this past weekend.
The Liquid Force Cable competition had no surprises as Tom Fooshee defended his home turf again by winning the pro wakeboard division. Shane Bonifay proved that Tom Fooshee is human by beating him and the rest of the field in the SPY structure only competition.

On the main stage the fun began with a call to action for Locks of Love. Stylists from William Edge Salon volunteered to cut the hair of eight volunteers including SPY’s Tom Fooshee. SPY Rep Richie McKee donated his hair for Locks of Love.
The SPY crew made their way to Florida before the dawn of wake season to catch-up with Shane Bonifay in his ‘hood. The venue wound-up moving miles away from Shane’s stomping grounds of Orlando to Clermont, and the agenda switched from pre-season biz to mandatory good times on and off the water. Always easy to kick-off the season’s planning session with a couple boats, good friends, a mindset bent on fun and cool people cheering our boy Shane on. Check out the video below.
SPY has teamed up with Liquid Force at the world famous BROstock event July 9-11th in Bull Shoals, AR for THE wake contest event of the summer.
SPY’s defending champ Danny Harf will be back to reclaim his title alongside SPY riders competing in the event: Shane Bonifay, Jimmy La Riche and Tom Fooshee.
Team rider Parks Bonifay will be in the mix as one of the judges. As you know the TRON sunglass is his go-to piece!
